The match of Borneo FC Samarinda against Bali United in the continuation of 2017 Go-Jek Traveloka Liga 1 at Segiri Stadium, Samarinda on September 11th, 2017 ended in a 0-0 draw.


The match went fiercely, however there was no goal created in the match. The game was very tight since the beginning. Borneo FC Samarinda performed full pressure during the match, meanwhile Bali United occasionaly were being offensive with some dangerous attacks.


The first threat was created by Borneo FC Samarinda through Flavio Beck Junior shot at distance in 16th minute of the match. But, the ball still bounced over the crossbar. One minute later, Lerby took turn to attack on Bali United's defense. Unfortunately, he failed to create a goal through his header ball.


On 40th minute, Bali United created their golden chance. But Sylvano Dominique Comvalius to Nick Van der Velden on the right sector still hit the crossbar. On the last minutes of the first half, both team showed intense performance. But no goal was created, the first half ended with a 0-0 draw.


In the beginning of the second half, Borneo FC Samarinda again threatened their opponent through Terens Puhiri shot from distance which still could be saved by Bali United's goalie, I Made Wardhana. On the 66th minute of the match, Bali United has a chance through Irfan Bachdim's header inside the penalty box through Ricky's crossing on the left side. Unfortunately for Bali United, the ball headed into the side of M.Ridho's net.


The match became more intense near the end of the match. But there was no goal created. Bali United and Borneo FC Samarinda have to satisfied with a draw result. The draw result did not influence into both teams' position in the standing of Go-Jek Traveloka Liga 1. Bali United stayed in the second place and has collected 45 points and Borneo FC Samarinda stayed in the eleventh position and has collected 32 points. (BI/VV/KOK)
