Oone of the star for Indonesian national team's victories when defeating Cambodia 3-1 in a friendly match at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi on Wednesday (10/4) yesterday, was Lerby Eliandri.

The attacker of Borneo FC scored the opening goal for Indonesia made the squad of Cambodia to be disappointed. A precised assist from Febri Hariyadi, was succesfully converted into goal through a header from Lerby Eliandri.

This is his second goal through a header with the Indonesian national team. Lerby had earlier scored a goal when he met Thailand on November 19, 2016, in the 2016 AFF Cup group stage. "I am happy to score, thanks to the hard work of all players so I can contribute to the match against Cambodia."

Thanks to these two goals through this header, succeeded to convince coach Luis Milla to often expect him when trying to build attacks through the balls in the air. On the other hand, along with Borneo FC he has collected 10 goals this season in League 1. So far, he is also noted as the top scorer for Borneo FC Samarinda.
