Borneo FC's assistant, coach Ahmad Amiruddin said his team had enough time to do four times trainings in Samarinda. Playing at home, the offensive power be the main focus to be improved by the team.
"The main target obviously is to win the match, we will focus on scoring goals," explained the assistant coach of Borneo FC.
So far, Segiri Stadium as the home for Borneo FC still considered to be a horrible place to almost all visitor teams. Although there are some teams that are able to steal points, but there are only a few of them. The only one team that able to defeat Borneo FC at their home was only Sriwijaya FC. Then Persipura Jayapura and Bali United struggled to held a draw.
Back to play at Segiri Stadium, Amir optimistic that the support from the people of Samarinda can smooth the pace of the team. Moreover, the match will be a revengeful match after in the first round, Pesut Etam was humiliated 1-3 by Persela.
"We have to pay the loss of three points in Lamongan, of course with a victory too," he hoped.
Persela certainly should be wary of challenging Borneo FC in Segiri. Especially if we see their last victim, which was PSM Makassar who defeated 3-2. It is not possible Laskar Joko Tingkir so goal barn Pesut Etam.
"No matter how many goals we created, as long as we win the match is enough for us. The three points can help us compete in the middle of the standings," said Amir. (RIB/KOK)
